I received this as a Christmas present. When I opened it up, I thought it was a gag product. How can a tumbler with a hole in the lid retain heat and cold? The answer is, of course, it can’t. Within two hours, coffee returned to room temperature. Water without ice stayed cold for three hours. Read the negative reviews if you want an accurate description of what to expect. Buyer beware.
